Correspondence with FAU staff

When corresponding with the university’s staff via email, please exclusively use your FAUMail-address. This has multiple reasons:

  • Data Protection Guidelines: you must use your university email or an university portal such as StudOn for all mail traffic regarding your studies once enrolled.
  • Reliability: emails from other providers often are directly classified as spam and will not reliably reach the intended contact person.
